The EURO Diploma is edited by the R.E.F of department 19 to commemorate the start of the unique European currency on the 1st January 2002.

Rules : Contact or listen to one station from each of the member countries of the Euro zone in total 12 countries.

F : France
LX : Luxemburg
PA : Holland
DL : germany
EI : Eire
OE : Austria
ON : Belgium
EA : spain
I : Italy
OH : Finland
SV : Greece

A contact with the station TM2E counts as a wild card in the case where you are missing a country. All bands and modes are accepted except via repeater. QSOs to take place between01 january 2002 and 31 december 2002 midnight GMT. Applications for the diploma to be sent before 31 december 2003. Send only a certified list ; no QSLs are required. A lovely wooden plaque is awarded (21x14cms).

Cost : 20 € or 25 IRCs for europeans stations, and 25 € or 30 IRCs for rest of world.
